What an NFC review card does
An NFC review card is a wallet-sized card with a small NFC chip inside and a QR code printed on it. Both point to the same link: usually your Google Business Profile review form. A customer holds their phone near the card, a notification appears, and one tap opens the review page in their browser.
Where review cards work best
- At the till or reception: staff hand the card over while asking for feedback.

Asking for reviews the right way
Google’s policies don’t allow offering discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, or asking only happy customers to post. Review cards make leaving a review easier. They don’t replace a genuine request from your team.

Frequently asked questions
Do customers need an app to use the card?
Phones with NFC switched on can read the card without installing an app. On iPhone, NFC reading works on iPhone XS and newer. Customers can also scan the printed QR code with their camera.
Can I point the card to a review site other than Google?
Yes. The card opens whichever link you set in your QwiqTap account, such as a Google, Tripadvisor or Facebook review page.
